From the floor-plan to the furnishings, and everything in between, it is now possible to not only design the home you’ve always dreamt of, but to truly understand the space at the deepest level. Below is a brief walkthrough of our demo home in VR.
How it works
The process of designing and immersing yourself in your yet-to-be-built home is simple.
Steps
The first and most important step is to figure out the layout of the house itself. This can be done in a number of ways, including fully unique and customized layouts, choosing from one of our many pre-designed homes, or a mixture of the two.
This is where the real fun begins. Throw on a VR headset and be transported to the outside of your future home. From there, you can walk right on in, but not before the next step.
While still outside of the home, you can choose between exterior finishes, trims, and accents. Upon entering, you can continue to choose the wall finishes, paints, floorings, trims, and anything else you’d like to customize to your own specific liking.
Here is where you really begin refining the feel of the home. Add furniture throughout the house to give yourself a true representation of what it will be like once completed.
Make yourself at home! The only way to get a real, accurate depiction of how living in the house will be is to take your time and experience it firsthand.
After taking a final walkthrough and making any real-time changes to the home’s layout, finishes, and any other details, give SQ4D your approval.
That’s it on your end; your new home will be printed exactly how you want it. It will already feel like home once you move in, since you’ve already been inside!
